School year is coming…and so as rainy days.
And since I am now a mother of a preschooler, I have started to research on things I should know. Now, I’ll be sharing with you the guidelines from our government regarding cancellation or suspension of classes due from typhoons, floods and other weather calamities.

If SIGNAL #1 is raised by PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration), classes at the preschool level, in the affected area, shall be automatically cancelled or suspended.
If SIGNAL #2 is raised by PAGASA, classes at the preschool, elementary and secondary levels, in the affected area, shall be automatically cancelled or suspended.
If SIGNAL #3 OR HIGHER is raised by PAGASA, classes at preschool, elementary, secondary, and tertiary levels, in the affected area, including graduate school, as well as work in all government offices, shall be automatically cancelled or suspended.
I also suggest you get the school’s phone number or even the mobile number of your kids’ teacher/s just to keep you updated directly for specific instructions and announcements.
Let’s all be prepared and BE SAFE!
