Moms Aren’t Perfect at ALL

They say I am a “super”  mom because I have a full time job, a lot of raket (sidelines),  I don’t have a nanny or helper which means I do the laundry and such, and I tutor my kids (esp. my son who’s already a preschooler)…I basically look after the needs of every family member… but I AM NOT a “super” mom.

Why did I say so?

It is because I believe that to be a “super” mom, you should be good in organizing things. And if you’re good at it, everything will follow smoothly.

I wanted to become one. I tried. Several times. However, I failed…several times. I don’t know. As much as I wanted to be as organized as possible, it only happens at the beginning. I mean I can only be organized up to 2 days or at a maximum of one week. Afterwards, everything is a mess again. With mess, I mean from the cabinets of the whole family, rooms, utility bills, etc. are in CHAOS.

My whole life, since I was a baby until college, we have a nanny or a helper at home who does everything for us. EVERYTHING. I’ve been so used to and dependent that someone will keep my things for me, do things for me. And now that I have a family of my own (without a helper), I have a really hard time adjusting.

Earlier, after I finished ironing my son’s school uniforms for the whole week, I decided to prepare his record card  for the payment of his tuition fee for the month of July. And yeah, your guess is right, I am not able to locate where his student’s record card is. I searched for it in all my bags and drawers at home. Perspiration was my mate for an hour as I looked for it.

Philippines Makes its Mark as Global Entertainment Destination

The Philippines once again made its mark in the global entertainment scene as over 26,000 fans from across the globe gathered together for some explosive dance music performed by renowned local and international pop icons in this year’s biggest music event, the MTV Music Evolution Manila 2016.

TPB_Philippines makes its mark as global entertainment destination.jpg

Presented by the Department of Tourism (DOT), and the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), the one-night-only outdoor live music event, with the theme Can’t Stop Movin!, presented the amazing evolution of pop music and its dance influences. The Concert Grounds of SM Mall of Asia was basically on fire as fans danced, cheered and sang their hearts out on hit after hit of iconic and contemporary pop dance music.

World-renowned local artists, Mr. Pure Energy Gary V. and his son, Gab Valenciano opened up the stage with an intense set of performance. Filipino favourite teen love team, James Reid and Nadine Lustre followed, sending fans high above the love cloud with their kilig-filled performance.

American singer-songwriter, Bebe Rhexia also pumped up the stage with her hit songs including “Me, Myself and I” and “Broken Hearts”. Fans also went wild as A-Pink, one of Korea’s favorite K-pop idol female groups, flawlessly performed “Remember”, “Mr. Chu”, “Luv” and “No No No”. L.A. grown electronic dance trio Far East Movement got everyone singing, dancing and jumping with their hit singles, “Like a G6” and “Rocketeer”. The headliner, prolific hit-maker, One Republic, wrapped up their performance of “Counting Stars”, “Apologize”, “Stop and Stare” and “Secret” with an explosion of fireworks.

It gets even better as the Philippines will also be highlighted in a global telecast reaching an international audience of more than three-quarters of a billion households in over 160 countries under the MTV World Stage global series.

Only on its second year, MTV Music Evolution Manila 2016 proved once again that the Philippines is not only a premier global destination for arts and culture and leisure and adventure, but is also one of the world’s top destinations for world-class entertainment.

BubbleMan: An Eco-Friendly Dishwashing Liquid

I keep endorsing BubbleMan because I really LOVE this particular dishwashing liquid!

I have always used this brand (since I’ve known BubbleMan dishwashing liquid), it’s formulated to be eco-friendly and never did I become disappointed with the way it cleans our dishes and my son’s toys.

I have allergic reactions to most of laundry aids and BubbleMan came as my solution. And as I always say, I SUPERRR LOVE the way it SQUEAKY cleans everything!

This is like a MAGIC IN A BOTTLE! It has a fantastic formula that helps you clean your dishes EFFORTLESS. This product doesn’t leave streaks unlike the dishwashing paste I used before. It dissolves grease perfectly! It has a GREAT sustainable action of grease removal and really perfect even if you’re in a hurry because you can rinse it off easily.
