Aside from adding beauty to your yard, gardening helps to reduce stress. It keeps you busy and refrains you from thinking about your problems or anything that’s bothering your mind, thus, decreasing your depression.
It’s good if you have enough space to grow plants in your yard. You can plant root crops, shrubs or even trees. But if you have limited space, you can still plant on plant boxes or even recycle soda bottles and use them as pots.
