#Recipe of the Day: Flourless Pancake

My eldest son LOOOVES pancakes very much. He can actually prepare pancakes on his own. He’s a PANCAKE MUNCHER!

But do you know that you can make pancakes without flour? ABSOLUTELY!

What you’ll need:

1 Banana

2 Eggs

Cooking Oil

Maple Syrup

Butter

Here’s how:

  1. Slice the banana into small pieces so that you can mash it easily. Place it in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Mash them together
  4. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Fry the pancake batter.
  5. Serve with butter on top and drizzle with maple syrup.

This is a SUPER easy recipe for pancakes using only 2 ingredients that are usually readily available at home. It’s gluten-free and low on carbs.
