Starting today, I’ll be sharing with you random thoughts that could inspire each and everyone. I hope, somehow, this could help us learn more in coping up with life and staying positive despite of all the trials that we’re facing.
So, LIFE LESSON #1:
“KEEP YOUR HEART FREE FROM HATE.”
Focus on what’s important in your life. Don’t waste your time hating people. It does no good to you emotionally and spiritually. Let God deal with these things. Don’t be consumed by hate because HATE or HATRED is a weak emotion. It’s a sign of failure.
HATRED IS SELF-PUNISHMENT. You are just letting yourself to be sad and miserable instead of being happy and enjoying life. You make yourself unproductive because HATE is your FOCUS.
Instead of hating things… hating people… DO SOMETHING positive that would benefit you. Let go of that hatred in your heart.

I’ve been suffering from lots and lots of different ailments these past few months. Two of my major complaints are from my head and back.
Then I came across a “to-the-rescue” product at the department store in SM City Molino. It’s Relief Hot Compress. Hmmm, interesting!
The product costs Php 199 if you have an SM Advantage Card. However, if you don’t have one, I am not sure if it’s Php 399 or Php 499…but somewhat in that price range. Price-wise, it’s pretty amazing with an SM advantage card. Alright, let’s proceed with my honest review…
I bought the colored brown hot compress. It looks like a pillow but feels and looks like a stuff toy. It’s very handy, easy to bring anywhere. It has liquid inside. I am not sure if it’s water or any other liquid. I haven’t mentioned it yet, but, it’s an electronic hot compress. So, from the word “electronic” itself, I’m sure you get an idea or first impression that it’s rechargeable. If that’s what you think, YOU GET IT RIGHT! It’s very fast and convenient than the traditional heat compress. I think you only recharge it for about 10 minutes. Just plug it and wait for the indicator light to turn off then you can readily use it. This electronic heat compress helps a lot with relaxation. To be fair, it retains the heat for 30-40 minutes. It good enough to provide short term relief to your backache, dysmenorrhea or sore muscles.
There’s no need to worry about spilling. I’ve been using this product for more than 1 month now and I never experienced spilling of the the liquid inside. I’ve only found two disadvantage of this product:
It smells a lot of burnt electric wire right after recharging. Sometimes, that bad odor lasts for 5-10 minutes.
You cannot control the temperature.
This is my short/simple review. So far, it does its job very well. I can give you an update after a few more months upon using this product.

As it breathes new life to Clark, Pampanga, Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City has been changing and invigorating the business and leisure landscape in the north with a progressive redevelopment masterplan. Integral to this plan is its 3.6-hectare sustainable office campus—dubbed Workplus—set amidst lush greeneries that is conducive for both work and wellness.
Being at the forefront of Filinvest Mimosa+’s vision to elevate the business industry in Clark, six office buildings are set to rise in Workplus within the next six years. Currently, two office buildings—called 1 Workplus and 2 Workplus—are already complete and ready to welcome corporations that are looking to expand their business in Central Luzon. This is another proof of the dynamism that Filinvest has been injecting into the Mimosa+ estate.
“With the opening of Workplus, we aim to not only bring in more business to Clark, but to also help increase employment in Pampanga,” notes Filinvest Cyberzone’s first vice president Janette Cordero.
With a total gross floor area of over 110,000 square meters and total gross leasable area of approximately 100,000 square meters, all Workplus buildings come equipped with fibre optic facilities that are best suited for business process outsourcing (BPO), information technology (IT), and knowledge-based companies, with ample surface and podium parking areas available. Furthermore, each structure strictly follows the green building guidelines of Clark Development Corporation to promote corporate social responsibility and true green living.
Also of particular note is how the office campus is filled with full grown Acacia trees and rich flora. Cognizant of this, Filinvest Mimosa+ collaborated with renowned designer firm H1 Architecture to devise an office campus master plan that is conscious of the natural landscape, where the positioning of the buildings, for example, was carefully composed in such a way that it moves around and blends with the trees. This creates a healthy, vibrant atmosphere that seamlessly integrates the landscape with the buildings’ architectural design.
