This proclamation is signed on February 21 under Proclamation No. 164.

This veteran, sports writer-analyst, Ronnie Nathanielsz, passed away Friday morning in San Francisco (11 Nov 2016) at the age of 81 after suffering heart attack a week ago, as confirmed by Dyan Castillejo from her social media accounts.

Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHILVOCS) has reported an earthquake with intensity no. 3 in Agusan del Sur this noon around 12:23pm, October 10, 2016.

Magnitude 3.1 earthquake is often felt but only causes minor damage. According to Richter magnitude scale, with this intensity, shaking of indoor objects are noticeable but rarely causes damages to buildings.
